From image to report in just a few steps

Exemplified by the “Knee MRI” module

Locate the side of the injured knee in the diagram (A) and enter the patient details (B).

Specify the patient’s trauma (C) and gonalgia (D) by simply clicking on the corresponding boxes.

Schritt 3: In Schritt 3 geben Sie an, ob Kontrastmittel verwendet wurde und wie die Sequenzen importiert werden.

Schritt 4: Sie wählen als ersten Befund das Knochenmarködem (E) und lokalisieren es in einer Grafik am lateralen Tibia-Plateau (F). Diese Lokalisierung erscheint später automatisch im fertigen Befund.

Schritt 5: In Schritt 5 wählen Sie als zweiten Befund eine Ruptur des vorderen Kreuzbandes und machen Angaben zu Art und Ausmaß der Verletzung, indem Sie entsprechende Felder markieren. Danach lokalisieren und klassifizieren Sie eine Verletzung des Innenmeniskus und des Innenbandes.

Schritte 6 – 7: In den Schritten 6 und 7 bestätigen Sie, dass die osteochondrale Grenzfläche und das Femoropatellargelenk normal dargestellt werden.

Schritt 8: In Schritt 8 folgt der Befund eines Gelenkergusses.

Schritt 9: Im vorletzten Schritt entscheiden Sie, ob Sie eine ergänzende Diagnostik (G) oder Befunddynamik (H) empfehlen. Mit dem letzten Klick generieren Sie den standardisierten Befund.

RadioReport® erstellt automatisch den vollständigen Befund: Befund und Beurteilung sind stringent. Über das Diskussionsfeld können Sie individuelle Formulierungen ergänzen. Zusätzlich können Lokalisierungs-Grafiken und/oder Referenzbilder angezeigt werden. Sie können die Sprachausgabe ändern und anschließend den Befund in RIS und PACS exportieren.
